(1) In order to register a personal incident, in the following cases, the following person should report to the office of the local registrar in the prescribed form within thirty-five days of the occurrence of such incident:–
(a) Born and notice of death by the head of the family and in his absence the family has reached the age ……….. person, (b) Notice of marriage by both husband and wife, (c) Notice of Divorce by Spouse, (d) Notification of migration by the head of the family if the family is migrating and by the person migrating if there is no family. (2) Personal incident Nepal ………. If it happens outside, the person who has the duty to report the incident according to sub-section (1) after coming to Nepal ……….. (3) The person who has the duty to give notice of a personal incident according to sub-section (1) may authorize any person to register such information. (4) Clause of sub-section (1) In the event that there is no person who has the duty to give notification of birth and death according to (a), the person designated by the Government of Nepal shall publish the notification in the Nepal Gazette and give such notification.
